Captain John O'Neal

Captain John was born and raised right here in Hampton Roads. He learned to swim and fish right in the Chesapeake Bay. After many years as an iron worker Captain John was able to purchase the Four Winds to share is passion of fishing with others. As john grew up in Virginia Beach his family lived on a lake John would fish, swim and boat till he was told to eat or sleep could not keep him away from the water.

Captain Mike Tomko

My name is Captain Mike and run a family owned and operated business and have been serving people like you for over 20 years. I am a professional Fire Fighter as well. I take a great deal of pride in serving the community through the fire department as well as providing you and your group with recreation. Our reputation speaks for itself; however don’t take my word for it. I have many references available upon your request, of course the best way for you to find out is to give us the opportunity to serve your group and see for yourself.

Custom Group Charters are our specialty! We are the only Deltaville built Chesapeake Bay deadrise inspected charter boat that is Us coast guard approved for ocean trips. History

Established in 1961. The boat was built in 1961 by R.F. Green in Deltaville, VA. At that time, Capt. Cody owned and operated the boat. When Cody retired, Capt. Mike purchased the boat and ran the boat for nearly twenty years. After his kids got a little older, and no longer able to help run the Four Winds, he sold the boat to Capt. John in 2012.
