Canyon Runner Charter Boat Overview About

Celebrating 33 Years Taking Fisherman Offshore Charter Fishing2015 CANYON RUNNER RATES

NORTH CAROLINA GIANTS/BLUEFIN/YELLOWFIN/BIG-EYE/MARLIN - MARCH/APRIL/MAY & OCTOBER/NOVEMBER- 60' RITCHIE HOWELL

Come join us in the birthplace of our 60' Ritchie Howell and enjoy flat-out the best bluefin and yellowfin trolling & jigging bite the East Coast has to offer. Kick-off the offshore tuna season trolling & jigging bluefin as large as 600 pounds and in numbers that will make your arms weary. Switch over to yellowfin, big-eye, marlin, bluefin and wahoo and perhaps nail a few swords at night once the bigger schools of bluefin disapper while fishing the Gulf Stream just a short ride from the dock - all before the summer even arrives.

Charter the premier New Jersey & North Carolina Charter Boats and fish for tuna, marlin, swordfish, sailfish and striped bass in luxury on any one of our 2 Boats. In 2015 we will continue to run our 60' Ritchie Howell and 48' NJ Charter Boat fishing out of New Jersey in the late spring, summer and fall and the 48' Viking in North Carolina in the winter through early spring.

With 4 full time captains and mates that earn their living by putting you on fish we are most successful canyon fishing team on the planet.

Capt. Phil Dulanie has over 1500 canyon trips and 2500 days in the canyon in his career. Capt. Deane Lambros has over 500 canyon trips under his belt for a total of over 1000 days on the edge. Before you book another boat ask if their crew has a combined 3500 days of time troll and chunking the canyons before giving them your hard earned money.

The queen of our fleet is our 2009 60' Ritchie Howell that cruises at 32 knots through anything. She has a huge teak cockpit with mezzanine seating, SeaKeeper Gyro-Stabilzer, built-in cockpit grill, three staterooms and two full bathrooms, a full galley with sub-zero refrigeration, granite countertops, micrcowave and huge dinette. Two couches in the salon and 4 flat screen TVs finish off the yacht finished interior. Your ride back and forth to the edge can be broken up with satellite TV viewed on our 42" flat screen TV and satellite radio on our surround sound stereo. Finally, your crew will cook up your fresh fish in our cockpit grill while you are still on the troll.

A Canyon Runner charter boat has been running to the edge for the past 33 years - Captain Dulanie for the past 45 years and Capt. Deane Lambros and the other crew for a combined 30 years. Our two boats fish the canyon everyday as long as the weather allows giving you the benefit of being with the team that always knows where the fish are because we are there every single day.

There seem to be plenty of new charter boats arriving on the scene that aren't real professional crews but just weekend warriors trying to have you pay some of their bills so they can go fishing for free. So do your research before choosing who you book with to make sure you are getting what you deserve when you put your safety, your time, trust and your money on the line.
