Terms and Conditions:

In consideration of the services to be provided by Arizona Strip Guides LLC, I, being of completely sound mind and body, acknowledge and willingly agree to the following: 

1. Payment. Arizona Strip Guides LLC requires a 50% percent payment when I book this hunt. The payment is a commitment to the hunt, both by Arizona Strip Guides LLC and myself. It is not refundable or transferable unless I provide another hunter acceptable to Arizona Strip Guides LLC to take my place. Payments may be made by cash, money order, wire transfer, or cashier’s check. The remaining balance is due upon arrival to the start of the hunt IN CASH ONLY or 30 days prior to the start of the hunt date if paid by check. The hunt cannot commence until it has been paid for in full in accordance to this contract. I have been strongly advised to purchase trip insurance.

2. Licensing. Hunter is responsible for purchasing their hunting license and hunt tag

3. Equipment. I am responsible for providing my own transportation to Arizona unless other arrangements have been made and approved by Arizona Strip Guides LLC. I am responsible for a weapon and all personal articles and clothing needed on this hunt. All meals, drinks, snacks, lodging, field care of game, camp equipment, and all items necessary for outfitting this hunt will be provided by Arizona Strip Guides LLC only if "Gold Package" is selected.

4. Hunter’s Responsibility. I am solely responsible for my physical condition. I understand that hunts may take place in rough terrain at high altitudes. I have been informed that if I have any doubts about my ability to withstand strenuous activity at high altitudes, I should consult my doctor. I represent that I am an experienced hunter and that I am responsible for any and all hunting hazards to my health and wellbeing and do not hold Arizona Strip Guides LLC liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical complications that may arise during my hunt.

5. Fair Chase Hunting Policy. All hunting contracted by Arizona Strip Guides LLC will be strictly conducted under the spirit and rules of fair chase and under all applicable state and federal laws governing that particular hunt. This means that an animal is hunted in a lawful and sportsmanlike manner. Arizona Strip Guides LLC will not under any circumstances spot game from the air and proceed to stalk or hunt it. Fair chase also includes the reverence and respect due such fine game animals in their taking. In the past, Arizona Elk Outfitters hunts have been very success-ful and Arizona Strip guides LLC will do everything possible to maintain a high success rate and client satisfac-tion. However, Arizona Strip Guides LLC and/or any of its agents cannot be held responsible for the hunters’ shooting ability and hunter’s failure to harvest or cleanly kill game when presented with a shooting opportunity. Please be very proficient with your weapon before arriving to hunt.

6. Cancellation. Arizona Strip Guides LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation in full or part that it finds advisable for the comfort or wellbeing of the hunter or due to strikes, unstable government, game movement,emergencies, injuries to hunt guides or hunt staff, inclement weather, or similar situations referred to as acts of God. I agree that notwithstanding such cancellation by Arizona Strip Guides LLC, any and all deposit payments paid by me at the time of my booking of my hunt shall not be refundable in cash but will be immediately transferred or credited towards another hunt of equal or greater value or future hunt date. I agree that I will have no recourse whatsoever, directly or indirectly against Arizona Strip Guides LLC and/or any of its agents with respect to the cancellation of the hunt. Any cancellation made by myself (Hunter) will result in forfeiture of any and all payments made towards that particular hunt unless other arrangements are made and approved in writing by Arizona Strip Guides LLC.

7. Miscellaneous. Strip Guides LLC will do its utmost to ensure that my hunt goes as scheduled. However, Arizona Strip Guides LLC does not assume any responsibilities for any delays, loss of baggage or any other inconveniences or extra personal expenses which might occur on my trip. Arizona LLC will not be held responsible under any circumstances for anything that might happen on any flights or on any other form of transportation. Should I require a flight into or out of camp for whatever reason other than those scheduled by Arizona Strip Guides LLC I will do so at my own cost.

8. WAIVER OF LIABILITY/ASSUMPTION OF RISK/HOLDHARMLESS. I acknowledge that I am aware that the trip and hunt will occur in remote country with varying terrain, weather, wild animals, and other elements that could create hardships or injuries to me, and that medical and other services may not beimmediately available. I accept this element of danger on the trip and hunt that I have chosen and assume all risks of such activities and risks involved by hunting. I expressly release and discharge Arizona Strip Guides LLC, its members, managers, employees, agents, successors and assigns and insurers, and hold such persons completely not liable, from all injuries, claims, and courses of action that may arise while on the trip and hunt including both at and on route to the hunt. It is my intention that this release be binding on the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of Arizona Strip Guides LLC, and, that its coverage extend to all heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of Arizona Strip Guides LLC.

9. We may be filming this hunt for TV, Facebook, Social Media and still images for promotional & advertising purposes. By signing this contract you are allowing us to have full rights to any video & or still images for our use & descrestion.

I acknowledge to have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this contract, and I do accept this contract on behalf of myself and the other members of my party. It is agreed that this contract and all of the terms within is recognized as being signed and accepted in Yavapai County Arizona.
