Jerry, Chuck, Teresa and Jeri fishing with D&K Guide Service. Jeri caught a good one and gave me heck about it all day. It was so funny ever time I would catch one she would say. That one is not as big as mine Dusty. This crew was so fun and they are loyal customers year inn and out and I appreciate it.
Jim Jackson and his son Drake fishing with D&K Guide Service. This man at 85 years of age it is phenomenal to watch him catch crappie after crappie. Sure had a great day and a good experience on Lake Eufaula. Fish were in 5 to 9 feet of water did pretty good on my home made hair jigs.

Justin, Jason, Andrew, Adam and young silas fishing with D&K Guide Service. We had a great time out on the water the lack of wind made for a light bite but we Wound up with a good mess by the end of the day found fish in 6 to 10 feet. Water is on the fall should be falling all week yay....
Dan, Misty good ole Brain fishing with D&K Guide Service. Man did we have a great time and the water never a dull moment with Brian in the boat talking trash back and forth. Wish I had had a camera set up in the boat we could start our own sit com show. Bite was weird today seemed like we missed more than we caught. But we had fun amyway.
Jim Jackson and Steve Wells fishing with D&K Guide Service. Jim Called the trip early said its to cold for this old man we have plenty of fish take me back to my warm truck. I love that guy he is 84 years old and is more active than most 30 year olds. I hope I'm the same way at his age.
100 percent chance of rain Lynn and his son said you can't catch them sitting at home on the couch. So we went out with more rising muddy water and caught a nice mess of crappie. Found our best bite in about 4 to 6 feet of water. Thanks for sticking it out with me not the best conditions even with a nasty east wind but we got it done.
Rick and his Dad fishing with D&K Guide Service. Rick catching the first double of the year it's rare but it happens every now and then. Crappie were in 4 to 8 feet on jigs. Look at my new way I'm jig fishing just a old plain #2 gold hook nose hooking the jig. You can fish the same jig for many days no tears unlike a jig head hook that will cause your jig to tear up quick.
Jason, Perry and Brett from Kansas fishing with D&K Guide Service. Had a blast with this crew. Prevailed on yet another bad weather fortcast. Lake is still on its way up but we still caught a nice mess of crappie in 2.5 to 4 feet of water. All caught on boot tail lake fork jigs. Orange seemed to be the best color for the day anyway. Y'all have a good weekend I've been 14 days strait on the water gonna take a few days off.
Rope what a great kid with his parents Jim and Melissa not photographed. The gentle giant is on the rise. Took a few hours to get on them but we found them shallow on some shell banks. Then jim called it at noon all he wanted was a fresh dinner for tonight. Thanks for fishing with D&K Guide Service.
88 reasons to fish when the weather man says 90 % chance of rain also water coming up from rains just seemed to turn them on. Meet Kevin, Dino, Bob and Ken. Fishing with D&K Guide Service Had a great time with yall, These guys where great jig fisherman. The secret to being a good jig fisherman is reaction time to a bite. All fish caught on Lake fork jigs.
Mark, Matt and larry Page fishing with D&K Guide Service The wind was a challenge. But this is why you give it a shot when the weather man says 100 percent chance of rain. We got sprinkled on but nothing to bad or for to long. Pattern was 4 to 6 feet right off the bottom using lake fork jigs. Most all females still had a lot of eggs in them.
What a weekend for these two Taylor Keener and Jayden meaux finishing 3rd in the state Tournament. We are truly blessed to have the opportunity to fish High School bass tournaments. Small mouth bass are so beautiful love taking pictures of them.
Taylor and Jayden qualified for nations finishing 4th in the state. They made me one proud Coach in all tourments they fished to get to this point. There was a point in our day where things were not looking good and the pressure was adding up quick. But they never gave up and we found a few fish to finish the limit. never give up, A line from a famous fisherman.
Denton and Craig from the Kansas area. Fishing with D&K Guide Service. Crappie are absolutely scattered from 2 feet to 8 feet. Some in structure some just roaming around in main lake coves. These guys need to get rid of their eggs. Seen plenty of them while cleaning fish.
Milo and Brandon fishing with me today. We had a blast just relaxed listened to 🎶 and put some fish in the boat. These are regular customers of mine I sure look forward to their bookings every year. Pattern was staying off the bank in 4 to 7 feet right off the bottom. Fish are so scattered right now it's crazy. Thanks for fishing with D&K Guide Service.
Jim Jackson and Steve Wells have been fishing with me for several years now. We had a amazing day on Lake Eufaula. We fished a pre and post spawn pattern where fish have pulled out from there spawning areas in 5 to 7 feet. These fish are not all spawned out. When they shut those gates at the dam crappie will be up there in no time. Thanks for fishing with D&K Guide Service.
Wow are they dropping the lake fast. Had trouble getting on them in the morning. Had to completely changed tactics and fish for fish that had pulled out. Six to nine feet was our ticket. Thanks for fishing with D&K Guide Service.
Berry and his son, Cole, fishing with D&K Guide Service. Fish are moving back up shallow but it was a tough bite today with the wind blowing 30 plus mph. All in all had a great time with these guys even though the conditions were tough for us. In this business you have to show the good days and the tough days they happen every now and then.
