Had a last min cancellation so My Son and I headed down south to sardis lake and had a absolute blast. We caught crappie on trees quick. Then switched it up with a few Largemouth. Then the sandbass started schooling around us and we could not resist that fun. All in all I really liked that lake is in a beautiful setting. And I always enjoy fishing with my son Taylor. Best day off ever lol.....

Great job for little to no wind the bite was so light it was hard to tell if you had one on. The summer bite is gonna be fantastic. Still have some July dates that are not booked yet.
Gary and Jim from Kansas fishing with D&K Guide Service. We were only 2.5 hours into the trip when Jim got sick from the boat rocking back and forth in this high wind today. So I learned something new today. Always have some Dramamine on the boat. I'll be better prepared next time Jim.

I have enjoyed the challenge of fishing all these areas that are usually on dry land its like fishing a new lake.
Well it was Darla's bithday present to go fishing with Dusty Keener with D&K Guide Service. Great present Brandon smart man I would say. This was the first time Darla has even held a fish in twenty plus years we made her do it. It was hilarious. Had a great time with y'all guys today. Water conditions are still high hopefully they will make headway this next week. I'm fishing places that are normally dry land.
Have had some cancellations due to the local rain fall early this week. So my son and I had a great day Catching some Eufaula slabs. Caught fish from 2 foot to 12 foot just pick your poison.

We Caught these fish by 1:00 pm and called it a good day. These fish are so scattered caught them in 6 foot to 15 foot 5 feet down. A zig zag pattern is good to run in these high water conditions.

Kenny and Don fishing with D&K Guide Service on Lake Eufaula. It was a interesting day with the lake 10 feet high had to fish scattered to catch scattered. Usually have a thermocline this time of year. Due to all this new water I cant find a thermercline it seems to be they can swim wherever they want. All in all we were very happy with our catch giving the lake conditions.

Crappie caught in 5 to 9 feet on a post spawn pattern not seeing alot eggs in the females. Water temp 72 degrees. Fish seemed to like all this new water coming in. A big thanks to My Dad and my buddy Errik for letting me use there boats. My lower unit went out on my boat a few days ago. Did not even have livecsope today fished dinosaur style LOL.

These guys did a great job Gathering what they could get for a few good meals. Still wound up having a blast on the water. Great company I have a feeling they will be back for seconds. Oh yeah And when I say scattered I mean we caught fish from Two and a half foot of water to 14 feet of water.
