As owner of Salty Fly Charters (now celebrating over 21+ years), he is a native Floridian and has fished Tampa Bay area waters since the age of four. Based in St. Petersburg, Captain Russ fishes the inshore waters and beaches of St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, Bradenton, Anna Maria, Egmont Key and Fort DeSoto.
