Jim Jackson and Steve Fishing with D&K guide service. We had a great time today on the water weather could not have been any better. Glad to see everyone enjoying the outdoors seen a lot of people out fishing and I believe that's a good place to be right now. Caught our fish in 8 to 10 feet of water. Fish still are not wanting to be any shallower. Take proper caution and enjoy the outdoors.
Joe and his grandson Mitchell, Filling a cancellation I think alot of Joe the man has helped me out more than a few times. Mitchell got us off to a good start then we just hopped around after that having fun. Fish are not on the bank with the lake falling quick they are staying out in 7 to 10 feet. Thanks for fishing with D&K Guide see you next time.
Could not say enough about Nichols Marine Clint got me a brand new 2020 250 sho on my guide boat. He had to overcome many obstacles to make this happen. Then Hunter installed it in no time. Nichols Marine is a family run business that will give you a fair shake every time. My other 2011 motor was allowing water to get in the oil but for all you Yamaha guys out there I changed the oil every 3 outings and it ran like a champ. So is Yamaha tough I would say so. Forgive my dirty boat.
Michael, Brent and Chad fishing with D&K Guide Service on Lake Eufaula. Thanks for being on my cancellation list and filling the day gentleman. Jim and Steve Fishing with D&K Guide Service. It was a short outing today due to the rain coming but we managed a good mess for no longer than we fished. Crappie were closer to the shore in 6 feet to 9 feet glued to the bottom. With the males turning black in the livewell it wont be long before they spawn.
Mark and Jared fishing with D&K Guide Service. They wanted to get some livescope training so that's what we did chasing roaming fish in 10 to 18 feet of water. These fish are so scattered but they are healthy as well. Had 3 fish over two pounds today just full of shad. Had a great time with y'all see you for the summer bite.
Rick and Mark fishing with D&K Guide Service we could not help but have a good time today with this weather 91 degrees in March crazy stuff. Danny, Susie and Robert fishing with D&K Guide Service first location we tried was a bust. With a good tip from my buddy we headed to another location and wound up with some dinner. Thanks for hanging in there with me today guys it was brutally cold with some nasty north winds. See y'all for the summer bite soon where a cold front is a good thing lol.
Teddy and Billy fishing with D&K guide service today. We had to wait till around 10 a.m. to get started and got pushed off the lake by 2:30 because of a little lighting in the area. But we caught some nice slabs pretty quick. They were knocking the jigs hard today it's always fun when they bite more aggressively. Thanks for you time today gentleman we will do it again.
Daniel and Breck fishing with D&K Guide Service on Lake Eufaula today. Thanks Daniel for filling my cancellation had a great day with you and your grandson on the water. Caught some absolute quality crappie staging up for the spawn in 8 to12 feet of water. See y'all for the summer bite that starts in June.
Had a cancellation so went out looking for some new spots today and found this sow. These low pressure systems will get them going every time.
Joe and Joe fishing with D&K Guide Service. Man that high west wind made things difficult today but we kept our heads down and came off the lake with a decent mess. Thanks for your time gentleman see you again for the summer bite. When the wind does not blow 99 mph..lol
Travis and his Dad Ron fishing with D&K Guide Service. It was a beautiful day to be on the water. Enjoyed your company while catching some nice slabs. These warm nights really moved alot of fish around but we found them in a whole different location and pattern. These spring fish will keep you on your toes.
Johnny and Graceland fishing with D&K Guide Service. We caught some absolute slabs out of the lake today. We thought our crappie were big until that flathead hit a jig then Johnny fought that sucker on a crappie set up for a long time before he could land it. It was fun to watch that battle. See you for some more action next time Johnny.
